1. Conducting recruitment Activities:

  • Receiving the Personnel requirement from other departments and check the headcount for the vacancy.
  • Announcing the recruitment information in public if any (preparing Recruitment Ads to post on Parkson’s Website / Recruiting Websites; Internal Announcement or Newspapers).
  • Selecting CVs from many sources.
  • Screening CVs to choose the most suitable candidates.
  • Interviewing candidates for the first step if necessary.
  • Arranging the next interview to the chief of department who has the manpower requirement and the final ground to BOD.
  • Informing to the successful candidates and issuing offer letter.
  • Guiding and controlling all candidates’ necessary documents.
  • Informing the newcomer’s joining date to Training Executive for Orientation and to other related departments for professional training.
  • Welcoming and introducing the newcomers, helping to conform themselves to the company’s culture.

2. Controlling headcount:

  • Be responsible for overall department stores’ recruitment activities.
  • Controlling the headcount of stores, checking and ensuring the personnel requirement are in headcount budget. All cases outside budget must be approved by BOD before recruiting.

3. Controlling budget of recruitment unit:

  • Planning and submitting the yearly/quarterly budget for approval from BOD.
  • Submitting the suitable channel would be used to fill each vacancy in order to save cost.
  • Keep relationship with Labor Service companies and agencies to get the best price and promotion when using their services.

4. Implementing Recruitment Report:

  • Collecting Recruitment report from HR Executives of all stores.
  • Checking and summarizing all in one monthly Recruitment report.
  • Updating information of current vacancies in the organization chart of all stores for further activities to correct or to support them in recruitment with respect to the balance of headcount budget.
  • Planning the recruitment schedule for HR Manager’s approval very month/ every week upon HR Manager’s request.

5. Other duties

  • Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by HR Manager.

  • At least 3 to 4 years of consistent experience in recruitment field.
  • English ability: Fluency.
  • University or College Degree.
  • Good at sourcing, screening, interviewing and communication skills.
  • Expecting extensive traveling.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Being honest, careful with planning and organization skills.
